Bothell Landmark to have ceremony for Red Brick Road

The Bothell Landmark Preservation Board invites the public to join them at 4 p.m. Oct. 5 to unveil the new interpretive panels for Bothell’s historic Red Brick Road.

The Bothell Landmark Preservation Board invites the public to join them at 4 p.m. Oct. 5 to unveil the new interpretive panels for Bothell’s historic Red Brick Road.

The ceremony will be held Red Brick Road Park in Bothell. The interpretive panels depict the construction and history of the Red Brick Road, which is on the Bothell and Washington State Register of Historic Places, and will be on permanent display at the Park.

The dedication is being held in conjunction with a celebration of the new Wayne Tunnel Mural Red Brick Road Park is on the west side of 96th Ave. NE, just south of Bothell Way NE/SR-522 and just north of Wayne Golf Course.

The interpretive panels were funded by the Bothell Landmark Preservation Board, designed by EDX and fabricated by Doty + Associates, working with City of Bothell staff and the Landmark Preservation Board.
