The Snohomish County Department of Public Works is warning motorists of possible delays along 212th Street SE near Maltby as construction restricts the road to one way traffic.

The closures, lasting from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., will continue through June 30 along 212th Street SE between 42nd Avenue SE and 45th Avenue SE.

Omni Contracting Solutions has been given permission to close one lane of traffic in order to install storm facilities and frontage improvements for the Hillard Addition project.

While emergency vehicles and school district transportation will have access at all times, other commuters may experience delays.
