Bothell resident Yelong Shen graduated from Kent State University with a doctor of philosophy from the College of Arts and Sciences.

Yelong is among the more than 4,500 students who received bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, associate and educational specialist degrees during the 2015 Spring Commencement ceremony.
