A Bothell physician’s license has been immediately suspended on charges of smoking meth.

The Medical Quality Assurance Commission alleges that methamphetamine, glass pipes, and marijuana were seen at Timothy James Smith’s house over the summer. Smith was also seen smoking meth in August, according to the statement of charges.

Smith can’t practice as a physician in Washington until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the charges and request a hearing.
