Bothell resident awarded runner up honors at Youth Concerto Competition

Violinist and Bothell resident Kayla H. Yagi-Bacon was awarded runner up honors on Jan. 31 during the Sammamish Symphony Orchestra's 120th annual Youth Concerto Competition.

Violinist and Bothell resident Kayla H. Yagi-Bacon was awarded runner up honors on Jan. 31 during the Sammamish Symphony Orchestra’s 120th annual Youth Concerto Competition.

The competition is designed to recognize and encourage outstanding young musicians and has had more than 130 applicants during the last several years. Youth Concerto Competition applicants consistently include talented and exceptional young musicians from Western Washington.
