It is with great pleasure that [Bothell PD] present Janis Newman with this Chief’s Citation.

The Bothell Police Department awards this Chief’s Citation to Janis Newman for partnering with Bothell Animal Control on numerous occasions in caring for sick, injured and feral cats. Her partnership with Bothell Animal Control has not only saved the city thousands of dollars but also assists in serving the community through service and compassion. Thank you for all the work you do to help the cats and kittens in the Bothell Community.
