Cascadia Community College and City University of Seattle recently signed an articulation agreement for Cascadia’s environmental technologies and sustainable practices (ETSP) degree. The agreement creates a seamless transition for students to pursue a four-year degree after studying at Cascadia.

“The environmental technologies and sustainable practices program is an important part of Cascadia’s present and future plans. We are excited about this agreement because it allows us to grow the program and helps our students continue their education in this growing field. We look forward to collaborating with City University to serve our region at a high level,” said Cascadia President Dr. Bill Christopher.

With this new agreement, Cascadia students will be able to transfer up to 90 credits in the ETSP program toward a bachelor of arts in management degree at City University.

Cascadia’s ETSP program includes the associate in applied science degree and two certificates: energy management specialist and solar photovoltaic system specialist. Students in the program are prepared for careers in the rapidly growing green jobs sector.
