Family of six safely evacuates home after Bothell house fire

On Thursday morning, Bothell firefighters responded to a house fire in the 12900 block of Northeast 204th Place in Bothell.

Kirsten Clemens, public information officer for the Bothell Fire Department (BFD) said upon arrival, crews found the house fully involved with smoke and flames.

Six occupants, including three children, were home at the time of the fire. The family evacuated safely and no injuries were reported, Clemens said, adding that the Red Cross is assisting the family with temporary housing.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
