Frank Fanning, owner of Frank’s Hair Design in Bothell for 25 years, died May 7, 2010. He was 60.

He was born Aug. 5, 1949, in Seattle and graduated from Garfield High in 1967. He opened his shop on Bothell Way Northeast in 1985.

He was married to Peggy for 25 years, supported the Mariners and Seahawks, and enjoyed fishing, traveling to Hawaii and eating at the Ranch Drive In and Countryside Donuts.
