IHS student Ryan Cass wins 2015 Three-Minute Masterpiece SIFF award

Inglemoor sophomore Ryan Cass’s film “Stand Up for Yourself,” has been named the J. Michael Rima youth award winner of the 2015 Three-Minute Masterpiece digital filmmaking contest, co-presented by the Seattle Times and Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF).

Inglemoor sophomore Ryan Cass’s film “Stand Up for Yourself,” has been named the J. Michael Rima youth award winner of the 2015 Three-Minute Masterpiece digital filmmaking contest, co-presented by the Seattle Times and Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF). Cass’s film, a whiteboard-animated study on the theme of bullying, was chosen from among 100 entries and was one of 10 shown at a special screening at the SIFF Cinema Uptown Theatre in Seattle.

The 25-day Seattle International Film Festival is recognized as one of the top film festivals in North America and is renowned for its eclectic programming with over 450 features, short films and documentaries from over 80 countries featured annually.
