Imagine Kenmore is offering a chance for citizens and local area residents to have a say in the future of the city via an online survey.

Not only are they requesting citizens’ input on Kenmore’s parks and recreation facilities and improvements that could be made to those open around the city, but also about how to improve bicycle and pedestrian safety.

Some of the ideas include putting in roundabouts in areas to arrest traffic or installing protected bike lanes.

Along with the survey, Imagine Kenmore also published an interactive website that maps out different construction and improvement projects around the city, including those that are underway, planned (funded) and merely conceptual ideas.

The survey will be available through October 6th and there will be a community workshop at Kenmore City Hall starting at 6:30 p.m., Sept. 22.
