Mar. 2

A victim, residing near 14900 block of 84th Ave. NE, attempted to get their daughter to go do yard work, however the incident escalated until the 17-year-old female struck at her mother. The daughter was arrested for assault in the fourth degree.

A person with a vacant house near 7700 block of NE 170th Street went to check on the residence only to find someone had broken one of the boarded up windows in order to gain entry to the home. There was nothing taken as there was nothing in the house.

A suspect violated a no contact order, while near the Timbers Apartments located at 18800 block of 68th Avenue NE, by approaching two males and threatening them with knives.

Mar. 3

A person reported waking up in the morning to find the garage door partially open on his residence, located near the 16000 block of 76th Place NE. When he went out to his vehicle he found that several items had been stolen from his truck, including the automatic garage door opener.

A few blocks away, near the 8800 block of NE 150th Street, another car was broken into. Again, the garage door opener stolen and used to access the garage.

Only a few minutes after the first two, a third person along the 15600 block of 76th Place NE reporter an automotive break in during which several items were stolen from an unlocked car in a driveway.

A suspect near the 5600 block of NE 197th Street was arrested for following a FedEx truck and stealing the delivered packages from citizen’s doorsteps.

A female residing along the 900 block of NE 160th Place reported her front license plate was missing, along with the bracket that holds the plate to the bumper.

A person near the 15300 block of 70th Avenue NE was arrested for vandalism after damaging property with their fists, creating malicious mischief, and for domestic violence. The suspect was booked into the Youth Services Center for juvenile court.

The same suspect who made threats against two males and violated a no contact order on Mar. 2, again violated the order by attempting contact near the corners of Northeast 196th Street and 66th Avenue Northeast. The suspect was booked on felony charges.

Mar. 4

Two vehicles near the 8800 block of NE 149th Place were broken in to, though nothing was stolen from those. A third vehicle was entered and had change taken from the car. One vehicle was parked in the street while the other two were in the driveway.

A person was pulled over after failing to make a right turn from a right turn only lane near 62nd Avenue Northeast and SR 522. During the investigation, officers found the driver of the van to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

A person who failed to transfer their title within 45 days was arrested near the 7700 block of NE Bothell Way.

Mar. 5

A person was pulled over near the Northeast 175th Street and 61st Avenue Northeast for a traffic stop. During the stop it was found that the driver had expired registration, improperly displayed tabs, and for driving with a suspended license. The driver was arrested, however they were not booked nor was the vehicle impounded.

A person at Kenmore Junior High School reported that their car was broken into and their wallet taken from the vehicle while parked in the school lots.

A person reported their son’s cell phone was stolen while the student was at the Inglemoor High School’s locker room bench.

A person was pulled over for defective brake light violations near the 19700 block of 68th Avenue NE. During the course of the stop, authorities found that the driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. They were given a citation.

Authorities responded to reports of an abandoned vehicle near the 19700 block of 61st Avenue NE. The vehicle was towed for obstructing the roadway and had registration more than 45 days expired.

Mar. 6

A person was pulled over near the 6400 block of NE Bothell Way for driving with only one headlight. The driver was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was arrested, though not booked into jail, nor was the vehicle impounded.

A person reported the violation of a protection order when their ex-boyfriend started sending them Facebook messages.

A person was arrested for not only driving with a suspended or revoked license along Northeast Bothell Way and 73rd Avenue Northeast, but also for illegally concealing a weapon.

Mar. 7

A person near same intersection of Northeast Bothell Way and 73rd Avenue Northeast, a person was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license and was given a citation.

A person reported suspicious circumstances and a possible break-in near the 5800 block of NE 180th Street. The person may have had possible mental issues.

An arson was reported near the 7700 block of NE 175 Street when an unknown suspect lit clothing on fire in the middle of the roadway. There is a possible suspect for the arson.

A person reported their father’s collection of automotive tools, some dating back to the 1930’s, was stolen from a locked outbuilding near their residence in the 20100 block of 75th Avenue NE. The father, who used to own gas stations around the area, found that the outbuildings had been entered after the locks were cut with what seemed like bolt cutters.

A person driving near the 6800 block of NE Bothell Way was arrested, though released on scene, for driving with a suspended license and for failing to report the sale of a vehicle.

A driver was pulled over near the intersections of Northeast 192nd Street and 80th Avenue Northeast for operating a vehicle with no valid license or identification.

Mar. 8

A person near the same residential burglary along the 2010 block of 75th Avenue NE, reported another burglary in the same neighborhood. The reporting person saw a suspicious person urinating in the bushes and then walking across the cul de sac to a construction site on the north side of the street. When authorities investigated, they found the construction site’s sheds had been burglarized.

A person was observed driving a green Honda Civic four-door sedan heading southbound along the 19200 block of 61st Avenue NE. The driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended license, and was arrested and booked into the South Correctional Entity (SCORE).

A person may have been raped near the 16300 block of Inglewood Road. The person was a guest at a party when someone took indecent liberties.

Mar. 9

A boyfriend came home intoxicated and late in the evening when they got into an argument with their girlfriend. The male assaulted the female and took her phone away when she attempted to contact 911.

While on a routine patrol, authorities were called to Kenmore City Hall to take possession of a found wallet. They contacted the customer service number found in the wallet.

A recent widow dropped off 156 rounds of miscellaneous ammunition at the Kenmore City Hall for disposal. Deputies took possession of the rounds and placed them in evidence until disposal.

A person was observed driving with a suspended or revoked license, but ran into their residence, near the 7600 block of NE 205th Street, before a traffic stop could be initiated.

A person near the 8300 block of NE 148th Place reported a suspiciously pushy door-to-door solicitor who knocked on their door late in the evening. The solicitor, who knocked around 8 p.m., only had a brief encounter with the reporting person, however the victim noted the inappropriate time to be doing so.

A person was stopped near the corner of Northeast 181st Street and 65th Avenue Northeast for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI). THe subject refused all tests and was booked into SCORE jail.

Mar. 10

A suspect was driving under the influence (DUI) near the 20500 block of 61st Place NE. They were arrested with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.107 and 0.098 out of the 0.08 legal limit. The driver was released at Shoreline.
