The item in the Kenmore Community Club September Newsletter about the closing of Kenmore’s Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant (7826 N.E. Bothell Way) was inaccurate. The restaurant will remain open probably into November or December, according to owners. Mazatlan has already opened its new location in Mountlake Terrace (6003 244th St. S.W.), the former location of a Canyon’s Restaurant, and will remain there for the foreseeable future. It is located near the Cinebarre Dinner Theatre and Office Depot in the Ballinger neighborhood on the King/Snohomish county line.
