Kenmore Sheriff’s Blotter: Drone theft, burglaries and court order violations

Between Nov. 3 and Nov. 15, four thefts (including identity theft and fraud) occurred along with one assault, one DUI, two burglaries, one served warrant, two cases of found property, two instances of driving without a valid license, one trespass, one marijuana possession misdemeanor and two violations of a no contact order.

The blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the King County Sheriff’s Office that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. The King County Sheriff’s Office blotter is not intended to be representative of all police calls originating in Kenmore.

Nov. 3

A man was arrested at the Kenmore Library for a misdemeanor warrant.

 

Nov. 5

A couple was arguing, when police arrived they found the mother ‘very intoxicated’ and responsible for her son. Referred to Child Protective Services.

 

Nov. 8

A man was arrested on intoxicated driving charges. When he refused a blood-alcohol content test a warrant was issued for a blood sample. Charges are pending a toxicology report.

 

Nov. 10

A wallet with another persons bank card and identified pills were found at the Bothell Way Safeway.

While stealing liquor from the 68th Avenue Northeast Rite Aid, a man pushed past a manager to get away.

A suspect was driving with their license suspended along the 17200 block of 68th Avenue Northeast.

Someone entered a condo garage in the 17800 block of 80th Avenue Northeast and rifled through a car.

 

Nov. 11

Keys were found in the 19700 block of 73rd Avenue Northeast.

A man entered Snapdoodle Toys and stole a ‘drone item’ from the store.

A purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 18800 block of 71st Avenue Northeast.

 

Nov. 12

Twin two-year-old children were found unsupervised near the Northshore Utility District. A witness called 911 to report it. The mother eventually showed up to pick up the children.

A woman reported her keys stolen while on a trolley in San Francisco. California law enforcement refused to take the case and told her to report it locally.

Two people were trespassed from Inglewood Village Condos after living in their RV in the parking lot for days.

 

Nov. 13

A suspect was driving over 20 mph in the Kenmore Elementary School zone with a suspended license.

A man willingly gave $100 to an overseas scam.

An argument between a couple who recently broke up escalated into one of the parties keying a car and attempting assault.

 

Nov. 14

A man was arrested for a misdemeanor charge of possessing marijuana in the 6900 block of Northeast 165th Street.

Camping items were stolen from an unlocked shed in the 6300 block of Northeast Bothell Way.

 

Nov. 15

A suspect violated a no contact order at Inglemoor High School after they saw a victim and followed her for a short time.

A suspect violated a no contact order after having his girlfriend call the victims house and ask him for money.
