Kenmore Sheriff’s Blotter: Two assaults at Hopelink and Tabs

Between Feb. 24 and March 7, four thefts (including identity theft and fraud) occurred along with two assaults, one DUI, two burglaries, three drug cases, one case of threats being made, one instance of explosives disposal, three instances of driving without a valid license, one trespass, one public drunkenness and one auto theft.

The blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the King County Sheriff’s Office that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. The King County Sheriff’s Office blotter is not intended to be representative of all police calls originating in Kenmore.

Feb. 24

Two bikes were stolen from the front of a home in the 6200 block of Northeast 198th Street.

 

Feb. 29

A man was cited on intoxicated driving charges after blowing a .109 blood-alcohol content.

A known package thief is suspect to have stolen mail in the 19800 block of 82nd Place Northeast while driving his white 2013 Nissan Versa.

A vehicle was prowled at Tab’s Bar and Grill.

An aggravated assault occurred and domestic violence no contact order was violated at the Kenmore Hopelink.

 

March 1

A fight was accompanied by felony death threats between two brothers at the Copper Lantern.

One man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at the Emerald Villa.

Ammunition was turned in for disposal at Kenmore City Hall.

A drug pipe was found on a balcony at the Kenmore Hopelink shelter.

Someone tried to kick down the front door of a house. The block of the house was redacted in the blotter.

 

March 2

A man was arrested on third-degree theft charges after stealing mail.

After his vehicle was stopped on suspicion of prowling, a man was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 6500 block of Northeast Bothell Way.

An apartment was broken into and items were stolen.

After being warned not to camp at Rhododendron Park, a man was given a notice of trespass.

Suspected heroin was found on a man in Kenmore Plaza.

 

March 4

A drunk man was found in the parking lot of Tab’s Bar and Grill without pants or shoes and bleeding from his finger.

 

March 5

A woman was arrested for driving without a license.

A suspect pulled a handgun out and pointed it at a victim in the parking lot of Tab’s Bar and Grill. The blotter did not say if the suspect was arrested, but did it was a second-degree assault case.

A Subaru Legacy was stolen from a driveway. The address was redacted in the blotter.

 

March 6

An unknown suspect was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants.

Someone was arrested for driving without a valid license.
