Between July 11 to July 18, three thefts (including identity theft and fraud) occurred along with one traffic accident, two assaults, one DUI, two burglaries, three drug incidents, and one case each of trespassing and stalking.

July 11

A woman was arrested by Kirkland Police Officers for a Shoreline warrant at the Kenmore Park and Ride.

July 12

Unknown suspects broke a vehicle window and stole a briefcase in the 6200 block of Northeast 184th Street.

A man was trespassed from Pretty Nails for inappropriate conduct. He stated he was ‘off his meds’ and requested to be taken to a hospital.

A man pistol-whipped his girlfriend across the face with a loaded .45 caliber pistol in their residence in the 15900 block of 81st Place Northeast. He was arrested and booked into SCORE jail on assault charges.

July 13

A man crashed into a parked vehicle in the 19200 block of 73rd Avenue Northeast and was arrested on intoxicated driving charges.

A woman was found with a needle and a baggie of “black tar substance” in the driveway of a residence in the 19500 block of 65th Avenue Northeast.

Someone was reportedly being harassed or stalked in June. An officer called the offending party who agreed not to contact the victim. But the victim said the stalking has not stopped and wants to present a case in court for an anti-harassment petition.

A woman was arrested on domestic violence assault charges at the Heron View Apartments.

July 14

A rented bicycle was stolen with its lock and chain from a McDonalds as the tourist waited inside.

A stolen vehicle was recovered and returned to its owner.

July 15

For the second time in two weeks, a storage container at the City on a Hill Church was broken into.

Someone was committed to Evergreen Hospital for a mental health evaluation after they stumbled in and out of traffic near the Lighthouse Church.

July 16

Approximately $38,000 in jewelry were missing from a Kenmore home.

July 17

Lighting equipment was stolen from a car in the Kenmore Camera parking lot.

A man was arrested and booked into King County Jail after police found him with cocaine in Tracey Owen Park after dark.

July 18

A man was found with heroin and methamphetamine in the McDonalds parking lot.

A shed was reported stolen from a backyard.

Two bikes were found at Squire’s Landing.
