King County crews will mobilize to the Wallace Swamp Creek Park sediment-pond site in Kenmore this Monday as part of the annual dredging operation. It will take approximately two days to divert the stream to the by-pass channel and drain/de-fish the pond (Monday/Tuesday). Excavation is scheduled to begin Wednesday and hauling operation will continue through Friday. The Wallace Swamp Creek Park Trail will be closed as needed during this timeframe (Sept. 13-17).
