Baine is a 10-month-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix. Baine is a very energetic and active boy. Due to his size and energy level, he would do best in a home with kids 10 years and older. Baine was found abandoned and tied to a telephone pole during a recent heat wave. He was dehydrated and couldn’t stand very well on his own. A good samaritan brought him to the shelter where he was nursed back to health. Baine is learning to sit on command and walk calmly on a leash. He is still pretty much a puppy but is trying to learn and would benefit from formal training. He would love to go to a home where he would get lots of mental and physical exercise, and of course, playtime.
