Kirkland CERT to host class on water safety and storage for disasters

The city of Kirkland’s Community Emergency Response Team will hold an emergency preparedness class from 7-9 p.m. on March 12 at Fire Station 22.

Join Carl Lunak from Prepare Northwest for an informative look at how to safely store and use water for emergencies. He will discuss common methods for handling and storing water and even delve into the chemistry and microbiology of water safety.
