A four-vehicle accident blocked the two left lanes of southbound Interstate 405, just south of State Route 527 in Bothell, Thursday morning. There were minor injuries.

According to Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) reports, the collision occurred at 7:45 a.m. and the lanes were reopened at 9:01 a.m.

There was a 3 1/2-mile traffic backup while WSDOT Incident Response, Washington State Patrol, fire and aid were on the scene.
