Motorcycle Victims Accident Fund presents Chantel Still Scholarship Golf Tournament

The Motorcycle Victims Accident Fund (MVAF) will hold its second annual Chantel Still Scholarship Golf Tournament July 18 at Echo Falls Golf Course in Snohomish.

Bothell-based MVAF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving motorcycle safety through education and reform. MVAF was created in response to the tragic death of Chantel Still on July 27, 2007. Still was 19 years old at the time of the accident, and was well known for her passion for basketball and involvement with the basketball team at Juanita High, where she earned her varsity letter.

All proceeds from the golf tournament go to the Chantel Still Scholarship Fund. MVAF recently awarded the third $1,000 scholarship to Juanita High female athlete Erin Brink.
