This year’s National PTA Reflections program theme is “The world would be a better place if …”

Each year, students in grades Pre-K through 12 are recognized for bringing the theme to life through film production, dance choreography, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts.

Student artwork entries were judged at their local schools. Qualifiers then advanced to the Council PTSA level for judging. The reception will showcase all the council-level artwork, while highlighting the state qualifiers, those that continue on to state-level PTA judicators.

Local, state and national PTA sponsors the Reflections national arts recognition and achievement program. Since 1969, over 10 million students across the nation have taken part in this popular PTA program.

The excitement and enthusiasm that the program generates for students, parents, schools and communities is unmatched, with the majority of Washington PTAs participating in the program at all grade levels.
