The Northshore Senior Center in Bothell is seeking volunteers in its employment office, which connects seniors needing assistance with someone offering assistance.

All persons connected to this office undergo background checks by Washington State.

Persons offering assistance set rates with the senior for the job to be done. Work involves use of a computer with training provided. Three hour shifts are available Monday through Friday with a particular need for Friday.

This is a pressing need for seniors in the area.

Another need that varies by the month involves the distribution of event flyers to Bothell, Woodinville, Kenmore and Kirkland. A list is available for the delivery sites. Delivery times are set by the volunteer based on material needing to be distributed. Both of these areas have need for multiple people and are not one person only vacancies.
