This out and back course runs along the Sammamish River, from Bothell towards Woodinville. It starts at the Sammamish River Park in Bothell, near the Bothell Park and Ride and the Northshore Senior Center. The race starts out under the bridge and runs along the river and turns to cross the river around half mile. The course runs along Woodinville Drive for a few 100 yards before connecting back with the trail and continues to the turnaround point.

The theme for this year’s race is Capes 4 Courage celebrating the everyday heroes persons living with disabilities, and their families and caregivers, are in overcoming the challenges they face.

Come in costume (optional) and compete for prize categories.

The event is also seeking volunteers to help. Details on volunteering are on the Wranglers 5K website.
