Online ad leads to Kenmore prostitution bust

After an undercover Kenmore detective responded to an Internet advertisement, police ended up arresting a woman, 21, for prostitution.

The arrest took place Jan. 23 at the Wagon Wheel Motel on Bothell Way Northeast.

According to reports, police found seven ads mentioning the suspect posted at different times on a Web site officials said is known to advertise prostitution. In the ad, the suspect called herself Sabrina Sade and allegedly stated she was working in the Kenmore/Bothell area.

The ad also allegedly mentioned various prices depending on the amount of time spent with the suspect.

Again according to reports, a detective made contact with the woman via a cell-phone number listed in the ad. They allegedly made arrangements to meet in a room the woman was renting at the Wagon Wheel. Once the meeting took place and the suspect allegedly accepted money, she was arrested.

Reports stated a man claiming to be the woman’s boyfriend attempted to intervene in the arrest, but he was not taken into custody.

Police also said the woman reported she was attempting to raise money to support her children. Officers also allegedly found drug paraphernalia in her motel room.
