DUI

Police did not provide many details, but said they arrested a man, 41, for DUI and hit and run after the driver was allegedly involved in an accident. The suspect was driving a 2006 Ford Mustang carrying two people, including the driver. Reports stated the accident involved injuries but gave no indication of the extent of those injuries.

Theft from vehicle

A suitcase full of make-up, reportedly valued at $3,000, was stolen after someone broke out a rear window in a car parked in the 100 block of 219th Place Southeast. The incident occurred overnight.

Residential burglary

Police say persons unknown entered an apartment in the 19700 block of 112th Avenue Northeast through an unlocked door. They left with $8,000 in items including jewelry, a computer and printer along with a video-game system.

Residential burglary

Police say persons unknown entered a home in the 23000 block of Fifth Avenue West through a window. In this instance, the suspects left with cash, a camera and jewelry valued at $3,200.

Car theft

A white, 1995 Honda Civic was stolen from a residential driveway on Brickyard Road. The car was recovered in Seattle by Seattle police, who found it in the 2700 block of South Brighton Street. Police say the car’s motor and transmission had been removed. The car was valued at $5,000.

Residential burglary

Police say they don’t know how the suspect entered a home in the 24000 block of 16th Avenue Southeast. Jewelry, guitars and TVs were reported stolen. The items were valued at an estimated $8,400.

Residential burglary

On this occasion, police say the suspects broke a window on the back of a home in the 1900 block of 237th Street Southeast. Items reported stolen included jewelry, cash and a TV. Value: $2,000.

Oct. 27

Theft

Someone stole the motor off a boat parked in the driveway of a home in the 1900 block of 67th Avenue Northeast. Value of the item was not readily clear in police reports.

Oct. 26

DUI

After pulling the suspect over for a disabled taillight, police ended up arresting an unidentified driver for DUI. The incident took place near the intersection of Northeast 181st Street and 64th Avenue Northeast.

Oct. 24

Vandalism

Someone broke out the rear driver’s side window of a car parked in the 6900 block of Northeast 153rd Place. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

DUI

Police stopped a driver for allegedly driving at a high rate of speed and ended up arresting the suspect for DUI. The incident took place near the intersection of Juanita Drive and Northeast 155th Place.

Residential burglary

Someone unknown broke out a window, then unlocked a sliding door to gain entry to a home in the 1600 block of 69th Avenue Northeast. Reports say nothing was taken and police speculated the would-be thief was interrupted by the homeowner.
