Shoplifting

A woman, 23, was arrested for third-degree theft after attempting to leave a retail store on State Route 527 with several items concealed in a backpack. Police said the clothing and miscellaneous goods were valued at just over $100.

Theft from vehicle

Police reports released did not contain very many details, but said someone made off with $18,000 worth of items from a vehicle parked in the lot of an unidentified business in the 19300 block of North Creek Parkway. The thieves broke out a window in the vehicle to gain entry. The incident occurred overnight.

Theft from vehicle

A laptop computer valued at $300 was taken when someone broke into a car parked at an unidentified business in the 16300 block of 112th Avenue Northeast. The vehicle may have been left unlocked.

Theft from residence

A TV, video game system and games were among the items stolen with someone broke into a residence in the 500 block of 208th Street Southeast. The items were valued at about $880.

Theft

Apparently working together, three persons — two men and one woman — made off with over $700 worth of items from an unidentified store in the 21000 block of SR 527.

Police said the suspects loaded up shopping carts with various goods such as furniture and tools, then put those goods into a car and simply left. Reports did not mention any arrests.

Shoplifting

A suspect, not identified in police reports, was arrested for attempting to leave without paying for several items at the Safeway store on Bothell Way Northeast. The items were valued at less than $250.

Vandalism

Police said someone unknown broke out a window at Inglemoor High School on Simonds Road. The incident happened overnight and no further damage was reported.

Police said unknown suspects spray painted the outdoor basketball court at Kenmore Elementary School on 71st Avenue Northeast.
