Theft

An apparently antique bicycle was stolen from a bike rack in the lot of a business in the 19800 block of North Creek Parkway. Police described the bike as a “1930s era Colson.” Value was given as $250.

April 10

Theft from vehicle

A gym bag and iPod were stolen after someone broke out a window to gain access to a car parked in the lot of a business in the 21200 block of State Route 527. The missing items were valued at $350.

Theft from vehicle

In this instance, a backpack, a calculator and a pair of sunglasses were the items taken after someone broke into a car parked in a residential lot in the 10700 block of Beardslee Boulevard. Police said how entry was gained to the car wasn’t clear. These missing items were valued at $260.

April 8

Hit-and-run

Police were able to track down a driver who allegedly read-ended another vehicle, then fled the scene of the reported accident in the 100 block of Northeast 183rd Street. A woman, 62, the driver was charged with hit-and-run. There were no injuries.

April 7

Car theft

A 2007 Ford Econovan was stolen from the 18700 block of North Creek Parkway. The van later was recovered by Everett Police in their city. Neither the value nor the condition of the vehicle was given in police reports.

Stolen vehicle recovery

Local police recovered a 1991 Honda stolen from Monroe and apparently abandoned behind the Wagon Wheel Motel on Northeast Bothell Way. No arrests or suspects were listed.

April 9

Illegal drugs

Police claim they found 23 grams of marijuana, some baggies and a scale in the car of a suspect stopped in the 15000 block of Juanita Drive. Reports did not readily say why the driver was stopped, but said a further investigation is pending.

Vandalism

Someone slashed at least one tire on a car parked in a private drive in the 700 block of Northeast 190th Street.
