March 8

Theft from vehicle

Only one item – a gas card – was reported missing after someone smashed out a window to gain access to vehicle parked in the 21000 block of State Route 527.

Theft

Small items – a flower pot, a bucket and a birdhouse, total value given as $5 – were stolen from an unidentified business in the 18700 block of Bothell Way Northeast.

March 7

Attempted burglary

Someone damaged a window in an apartment in the 12000 block of Northeast 185th Street in what police reported as an unsuccessful attempt to gain entry into the apartment.

March 5

Shoplifting

A man, 24, was arrested for allegedly attempting to make off with $132 in groceries from an unidentified business in the 21000 block of SR 527.

KENMORE

March 10

Shoplifting

Police say a woman purchased a soda from the Safeway fuel station on Bothell Way Northeast. As she was paying for that soda, she also allegedly stuffed four DVDs into her purse and fled the business.

March 9

Residential burglary

Police say a female resident was in her home, asleep, when the suspect broke a window, then unlocked that window to gain access to a residence in the 6500 block of Northeast 202nd Street. Reports say the thief left with “multiple items.”

Larceny

Smashing out a window of a car left in the Kenmore Park and Ride lot, a suspect made off with a purse that was sitting inside the vehicle.
