Snohomish County judicial candidates’ forum on tap June 27

The Snohomish County Bar Association and Snohomish County Chapter Washington Women Lawyers will co-host a judicial candidates forum for the position of Snohomish County Superior Court Judge Position 11 on June 27 at the Everett Transfer Station, Weyerhauser Room, 3225 Cedar St.

Meet and greet: 5-5:45 p.m.; forum: 5:45-6:45 p.m.; candidates’ social: 6:45-7:30 p.m. Appetizers provided; no-host bar.

Candidates are Jack Follis of Mill Creek and First District 1 Commissioner Millie Judge, who will be on the ballot in the Aug. 7 primary for current Judge Larry McKeeman’s position.

If one of the two gets a majority of the primary vote, that candidate will win without appearing on the Nov. 6 general-election ballot.
