Snohomish County survey reaches out to seniors, those living with disabilities

Snohomish County’s Long Term Care and Aging Division is asking county residents to complete a survey to help officials and long-term care advocates better understand the needs of older adults and adults with disabilities in Snohomish County.

Snohomish County’s  Long Term Care and Aging Division is asking county residents to complete a survey to help officials and long-term care advocates better understand the needs of older adults and adults with disabilities in Snohomish County.

While the survey is open to everyone, the county is especially reaching out to seniors, people with disabilities, and those who care for them.

Input gathered from this survey will help guide the decision-making process and professional delivery of aging services to Snohomish County. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Results of the community survey will be published in the county’s 2016-2019 Area Plan on Aging report.  Responses will remain anonymous.  To take the survey, go to www.surveymonkey.com/s/SnoCoAging.
