Ted attended Kenmore Elementary, Kenmore Junior High and graduated from Chrysalis High School in 2007. The scholarship targets kids similar to Ted, who have a passion for music along with learning disabilities that make achieving their goals of earning a degree more challenging for them than most, said Teresa.
