The Spencer 68, developed by MainStreet Property Group LLC, has announced the opening of a 138-unit apartment community in the city of Kenmore.

The Spencer 68 began welcoming residents into its first units on April 15 with the remainder of the project opening late summer. A model home is available on-site for prospective residents to tour.
