TSUGA Fine Art & Framing to host reception

TSUGA Fine Art & Framing is showcasing new art at a reception Feb. 21.

The event is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the studio. The gallery, “Entirely Equine” will be on display from the reception date through April 4.
