Feb. 17

A person was pulled over for driving with a suspended license. No arrests were made.

A victim reported a check cashing scheme found via their computer.

A person reported their vehicle had a broken rear window along with less than $250 of items stolen from the vehicle.

A person reported a vehicle prowler at their residence near the 18200 block of 66th Ave. NE. The prowler left a hypodermic needle stuck into the passenger seat of the prowled vehicle.

A victim reported a stolen bicycle from their apartment at The Heron Run complex. The chain had been cut and the bicycle removed.

Feb. 18

A person reported an arson at their house near 1400 Block of 88th Ave. NE. After someone knocked on the door and rang the doorbell, a victim found a burning bag of dog feces on his front porch. The King County Fire Department is investigating this as an arson.

A van was broken into, with a broken driver’s window being the point of entry, while parked at the Kenmore Park and Ride at 7346 NE Bothell Way. There are no suspects.

A person reported stolen appliances from two new construction houses near the 1500 block of Simmonds Road NE. Unknown suspects removed the keys from a lockbox, entered the homes, and took the new appliances.

During a routine traffic stop, authorities found a driver operating a vehicle with a suspended license. There were no arrests made.

A suspect entered the Rite Aid located at 18022 68th Ave. NE and stole a lighter. Police are still looking for the thief.

A victim contacted authorities to report a burglary at their apartment near 18200 block of 73rd Ave. NE. The person suspects a former tenant had  removed items that were not theirs.

A person was found to be driving with a suspended license in a vehicle who’s title had not been transferred in over 45 days while carrying an unknown amount of methamphetamines, which tested positive for amphetamines at the scene. The suspect was arrested and transported to King County Jail where they were denied entry by a nurse. The suspect was then transferred to Harborview Medical Center where they were seen and then released with no jail time.

A suspect was arrested along the 6300 block of NE Bothell Way for driving under the influence (DUI) and was booked into South Correctional Entity (SCORE).

Feb. 19

A vehicle was reported broken into near the 7300 block of NE 175th Street. The front door was opened and less than $250 in items were stolen.

A victim reported vandalism near the 18500 block of 57th Ave. NE. The person found their security lighting system, both over the garage door and at the rear of the house, had been destroyed. The victim is assisting investigators for prosecution.

An unlocked vehicle at the Harbor Villa Apartments, located near the 7200 block of NE 175th Street, was entered and less than $250 was stolen from the vehicle.

Feb. 20

An Acura Integra illegally parked near the 14800 block of 75th Ave. NE was impounded by Jim’s Northgate for a 45-day violation.

A groundskeeper at the Kenmore Church reported suspicious circumstances when he had to confront children loitering on the church play area. The groundskeeper reported being threatened by the youth.

The Rite Aid located at 18022 68th Ave. NE reported a person attempting to fill a forged prescription. Not more than 10 minutes later, another person entered the same Rite Aid in an attempt to fill another forged prescription.

A suspect was booked for assault in the fourth degree after he shoved his mother. Alcohol seems to have been a factor in the assault.

A person was pulled over near the intersection of NE 192nd Street and 73rd Ave. NE and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. The person was booked into SCORE jail.

Feb. 21

A suspect assaulted his estranged wife and also attempted to prevent her from reporting the assault case to authorities. The suspect was intoxicated and, when arrested, was booked into SCORE Jail.

A person residing near the 1900 block of 60th Place NE reported their mailboxes had been broken into. The back metal panel of the community mailbox had been pried open and mail stolen.

A suspect was arrested for public drunkenness and aggressively trespassing at Kenmore Lanes. He was taken into custody for detox.

Feb. 22

A suspect vandalized a new home construction site by driving through the site with his truck and damaging items on the property.

A person was pulled over near the 8000 block of NE Bothell Way and found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. They were released at the scene.

A suspect with multiple warrants was arrested near the 8000 block of NE Bothell Way and was then transferred into Lake Forest Park PD custody.

A person reported having discovered a smashed window at the McDonalds on 7234 NE Bothell Way. The reporting person had received a message that someone had punched the window, however there is no other information on the subject.
