UW-Bothell Alumni Council elects new leadership team

The Alumni Council at the University of Washington, Bothell recently held elections to select its leadership for the upcoming 2011-2012 academic year. Mary Howisey, UW-Bothell graduate from the class of 2002, will serve as chair. Curtis Takahashi, UW-Bothell class of 2004, will serve as chair-elect. The terms began July 1 and run through June 30, 2012.

The Alumni Council represents UW-Bothell’s 10,000 graduates, and partners with the University of Washington Alumni Association (UWAA) to provide an array of services, events, and opportunities enabling alumni to maintain a connection to the UW family.

Sue Ambler, (’97), was named to serve as UW Bothell’s representative on UWAA’s Board of Trustees.
