UW Bothell professor, Jill Freidberg, is teaching an oral history class this winter quarter. Twenty four students will build relationships with Bothell residents from different walks of life and conduct an oral history interview, exploring the question: How has Bothell changed since the University of Washington Bothell opened its doors?

Interviews will be recorded on video and audio and made available to the public through the University of Washington Bothell Libraries Digital Collections website, where they will be available to future scholars, researchers, historians and residents of Bothell.

The time commitment will be minimal. Participants will meet once or twice with students in the month of January, and then will make themselves available for an interview of one to two hours at a date to be determined in mid-to-late February.
