UW-Bothell’s Pohl is named as a Healthy Aging Research Scholar for 2010-11

The University of Washington, Bothell announced that master of nursing student Janet Pohl has been named as a Healthy Aging Research Scholar for 2010-11.

This prestigious award is presented by the de Tornyay Center for Healthy Aging at the University of Washington. Pohl was selected from dozens of applicants and receives a $5,000 scholarship, as well as the opportunity to carry out a project that supports the health of older adults.

Pohl was recognized at the Scholars Reception event held May 12 at the University House in Seattle.
