A 56-year-old woman was struck by three different cars and killed late Thursday night on Bothell-Everett Highway as she attempted to cross the street.

The woman, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was crossing to the east side of the road from the west in the 18600 block at just before 10 p.m. Her identity has not been released.

She was first struck by the side-view mirror of a Mercedes traveling north. The woman was then hit by a northbound Subaru Outback and Chevy Malibu.

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the incident but do not believe there were any drugs or alcohol involved in the incident.

The area where the woman attempted to cross does not have a crosswalk or stop light.
