Woodinville Montessori School students and teachers who came to school on Wednesday enjoyed a Seahawks celebration without going downtown.

They paraded around campus and the surrounding neighborhood, participated in the state declared Moment of Loudness and enjoyed 12 extra minutes of recess. One early childhood classroom for children ages three to six, created a special Seahawks pin for the kids could wear as headbands.

Upper elementary students had video of the downtown event streaming on a big screen in the classroom and later gathered to form the number 12, a salute to all Seahawks fans.

The junior high crowd chose to celebrate with green and blue balloons, Seahawks trivia, chants and other fun games.

At the end of the day they were treated to live footage and stories from the Super Bowl courtesy of Junior High teacher Sharon Dunn who was in attendance at the game and after-party on Sunday in New Jersey.
