Debra Kathleen Clendaniel (61) passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018 surrounded by her family after a five year fight with cancer.

She was born in Marville, France to parents Charles and Patricia West who were stationed there by the Royal Canadian Air Force. Debbie spent her first decade growing up in Calgary, Alberta before her father was brought to Seattle by Boeing.

She was a cheerleader and a 1975 graduate of Ballard High School, a 32-year resident of Bothell, and a retired 20 year employee of the Northshore School District. Debbie would tell you that she was the world’s most fortunate mother. She loved cruise vacations to warm places and short trips to casinos. Her favorite toy was the backyard swimming pool.

She is survived by her husband Judson (Jud) of 33 years and two sons, Stephen (31) and Timothy (27). Debbie leaves behind her mother Patricia West, a sister, Linda Nelson and three brothers, Daryl, Ron and Terry West.
