I can easily picture the concrete plant in Kenmore becoming a sort of Granville Island, with a public market, hotels, restaurants and a focus on art and art education.
All this while retaining some of the industrial history of the site. Water taxis to Seattle and Bellevue.
There is so much potential for Kenmore.
People could fly to Kenmore and never need a car. just hop on a shuttle to St. Edward’s.
