Willie Dickerson’s letter to the editor about the Reach Every Mother and Child Act (REACH) would help many in developing countries.

There are communities that lack clean water, nutrition, and medical attention to help diseases like Measles. If the REACH Act passes in Congress, badly needed funding will provide this.

Funding from other countries would also lessen the number of women who die in childbirth and their children who die before age 5.
