The new McMenamin’s is a wonderful addition to Bothell.

Why does the North Lagoon get away with having no customer restrooms? You have to cross a city street to get to a restroom? That seems against code. I know it’s a city street, even though it looks like a parking lot road, we’ve been told it’s public and that’s why you can’t take alcohol across it. But you make people go to the bathroom across it in all kinds of weather?
