The Cougars held a two possession lead at halftime, 32-27, but blew the Spartans out of their own gym during the third quarter by going on a 23-6 run. Skyline recovered during the fourth but the effort was too little too late.

Cameron Tyson led the Cougars with 30 points, while Josh Kollman had 26 points and Jake Medjo finished with 12 points.
