Bothell baseball wins again, will play Kelso Saturday in winner-to-state game

Bothell High rolls into Saturday’s winner-to-state game after defeating Lake Washington High, 5-1, Thursday at Woodinville High.

The Cougars (17-7) got a solid pitching performance from Evan Hudson (three hits allowed over six innings), two hits and an RBI from Kevin Knapp and a two-RBI double from Kevin McShane in the win against the Kangs.

They will next play Kelso (17-3) in Vancouver.

Redmond defeated Skyline, 6-2, to notch the 4A Kingco title.
