The Bothell High School girls basketball team defeated Woodinville, 59-55, on Friday in Bothell.

Bothell began the game with a three-point advantage but the Falcons tied the game at 33-33 by halftime.

A small run by the Cougars during the third quarter, giving the team its biggest lead of the game of six points, proved to be the difference in the contest.

Bothell was led by Kenyonna Jones with 21 points, while teammate Taya Corosdale had 16 points as well.
