The Bothell High School boys basketball team edged Ingelmoor, 69-66, on Tuesday in Bothell.

The Cougars began the game with an eight-point lead but the Vikings cut the lead to just one point by halftime.

Bothell again went on a big run, outscoring Ingelmoor 21-9 during the second quarter. The Vikings made a run during the final eight minutes of the game, outscoring the Cougars by 10, but it was not enough to overcome the deficit.

Bothell was led by Hunter Dean with 25 points, while teammates Cameron Tyson had 16 points and Peyton Cordova-Smith had 11 points.

Viking William Luckett was the top scorer in the game with 28 points and also had 12 assists. A.J. Peacocke (12 points) and Chandler Edlin (10 points) also scored in double figures for Ingelmoor.
