Bothell High celebrates its college commits

Bothell High School honored its student-athletes who have committed to continue their sports careers at the collegiate level with a celebration Tuesday morning at the school.

Bothell’s featured athletes included:

Megan Marino – Bellevue College, Softball

Sydney Cowan – Carroll University, Volleyball

Sierra Myers – Whitman, Volleyball

Alexa Torres – California Lutheran, Volleyball

Austin Baek – George Fox, Baseball

Derek Lohr – Coppin State, Baseball

Kevin Liu – University of Washington, Track

Maiya Pacleb – University of Puget Sound, Soccer

Amalie Ratliff – Western Colorado University, Swimming

The honors didn’t end there. Bothell High senior Taya Corosdale was also recently featured on the big screen in New York’s Times Square last weekend. Corosdale was in New York playing at the Jordan Brand Classic all-star game, which took place April 14.
