The Bothell High School softball team scored seven runs during the second inning and held on to beat Eastlake Tuesday 13-7.

Bothell began the game with a run during the first inning and steadily added to its seven-run second with one in the third and two in the fifth and sixth innings.

The Cougars were led by Sammy Morris with six RBI and a home run.
